Lily is multi instrumentalist with a masters degree in Music and has been performing and writing for over 20 years. She currently works as a Musician for hire as well as performing regularly around the country whilst running her vegan chocolate company; Trupig Vegan.

Lily is also a qualified strength and conditioning coach and personal trainer with 13 years experience coaching roller derby and currently plays for both England teams (MRDA and Women's) and Rainy City.

Most recently Lily set up Nice Little Rest Day, a made to order clothing and design company.
